New BOGO isopod!
This week’s buy one, get one free deal on ONE select species is the adorably pleasing Papaya isopods. Activity-wise, this is a species you typically find hiding under pieces of cork bark or leaf litter. Once they start to re-produce they generally keep their population at a more maintainable rate than then Dairy Cows, although the cows are more outgoing. Their tiny size and unique appearance make them a perfect option for smaller terrariums.
As this is a new program, we may have to limit the number of BOGO deals we offer on less populated/slow-reproducing colonies, so seize the opportunity when you can!
This isopod will be available with the BOGO deal from 04/10/2025 – 04/17/2025
Have you ever seen a fighting conch?
These are super unique critters! They use their tiny scythe arm to startle predators, dig, and flip themselves over when stuck. Don’t let their appearance fool you either; they can be quick when they want to be. However, I find their eyes equally fascinating as they can move each of their long eyes individually in any two directions they choose!
