This species likes to pair with gobies in a symbiotic relationship. The goby watches out for the Pistol Shrimp by chasing off fish that get close, while the Pistol Shrimp makes a safe and cozy home. This pairing mostly depends on the size of the goby.

Urchins have structure called an Aristotle’s Lantern made of five hard plates. 🖐 The hard plating comes together in a beak that helps scrape algae off coral and rocks.
Did you know there are roughly 950 different species of urchin?! 🤯 Of all the different species, only 18 are edible as some urchins are deadly, for example The Flower Sea Urchin that can cause severe pain, respiratory problems, and even paralysis! 💀🌸

We’re kicking off the new month with an assortment of Saltwater corals, fish, and inverts! One of our favorite additions for this month are the ultimate nano Goby in the hobby, the Flaming Prawn Goby. Even though he’s tiny right now, he won’t get much bigger than two inches. This is the perfect goby for a nano setup!
As for corals, we have a couple racks stocked FULL of Hammer Coral and Frogspawn Coral frags, not to mention some incredibly colored Zoa frags as well. Come in and check them out!
