Asian Forest Scorpion babies 🦂

Four thumb-nail-sized scorpions are active and ready. 🏡 This is one of the easiest species to care for. Personally, our favorite part is seeing them working on their burrows. 🪏

Guide to Keeping Crickets

Guide to Keeping Crickets

In three steps, how we recommend keeping crickets alive between feedings:

✨Step 1:✨ Get a *Dry* food source

We find crickets that have a dry food source, such as bran or ground oatmeal, live longer than crickets fed only on liquid cubes/jellies

✨Step 2:✨ Find a *Solidified* water source

There are many water options, but we use basic, reusable household sponges. Another option is reptile jelly pots. However, the most commonly used method is chopped carrots, potatoes, or green beans.

✨Step 3:✨ Vitamins and minerals

If crickets don’t have any vitamins or minerals inside their gut, the animal eating them may not get any extra nutritional benefits. For that reason, it’s important that crickets get fed a gut-load treat and/or coated in vitamin dust + calcium powder at least once a week.
